After shopping here for 10+ years I’ll never walk back in ever again.

My wife Bought a ton of grass seed and 20 bales of wheat straw to seed part of our property. She didn’t know but I hate using wheat straw so she ran back to the store and bought the faux covering that is better for the seed and easier to put out. While there 3 associates and the cashier told her that she could return the wheat straw at any time.

Today I head to Lowes in Newnan, GA with my 4 young kids. Even the customer service agent knows I can return wheat straw so she tells me to take my trailer to the outside cashier to drop off the straw. I load my 4 kids back into the car and head to the other side of the store. There I learn that some silly associate won’t let me return the straw. I then have to get my 4 kids back into the car to drive to the other side of the store. There the helpful young lady call the rudest assistant manager I ever met. He walks over and with a cavalier attitude he tells me no. He doesn’t care that I already spent another $150 in his store getting the right stuff. He doesn’t care that my wife didn’t know the right guy stuff to buy. He just reacted the wrong way. I’ll never shop here again.
