Villas at Newnan Crossing Apartments at 1200 Newnan Crossing Boulevard, Newnan, Georgia.

I lived here for about a year, overall it's a great place to stay. If you are looking for a place to stay in Newnan area, I'll definitely recommend this place.

Some details,

Pros:
1.great location, very close to I-85, and all the stores you would need;
2. Nice stuff, maintenance responds very fast, working hour of front office makes it easy to pick up your packages;
3. Facilities, you will have access to pool, tennis court, 24-hr gym, business center, laundry room, and car-wash equipment. Very convenience. Also the rent is quite fair compared to other nearby villages.

Cons:
1. Cable service is mandatory, it's include in your monthly rent, not such a issue if you uses cable, but for a guy prefer internet streaming, it's a burden.
2. Noise generated by your neighbor, wafer thin wood ceiling in between you and the person lives above you, if that person is a heavy walker, you WILL be hearing every step that is been taken, especially at night.
3. Deposit, it seems unlikely to take your deposit back. when I moved out, I personally flew back from another state, did all the cleaning myself, and I'm pretty sure the apartment is remained excellence condition(it was just a temporary stay for me, didn't spend that much time in it), and yep, I was still charged for a 'cleaning fee' which is somehow 'coincidental' equal to the amount of my deposit.
